In the last couple of years, menopause has forced me to evaluate everything- my health, my relationships, and my career.
I have always been a very active person. Feeling physically great has been my key to thriving. When I feel great, I have energy and confidence and almost everything seems achievable.
I’ve spent a lot of time looking for answers and trying solutions to help me maintaining a high-level of energy. I started Marigold Brands to share my journey and the best ideas and solutions I’ve found along the way.
